PLEASE NOTE:

The SAP is a two-part process, consisting of the Homestudy ($75) and the SAP exam ($100). It is the applicant’s responsibility to complete both parts in order to meet the DOT requirement.
To schedule the exam, the written request along with the $100 examination fee, must be submitted by the above cut-off date. Seating may be limited. Exams will begin at 9:00 a.m. EST, unless otherwise stated.
Test times & locations listed above are subject to change/cancellation. Confirmation letters will be mailed approximately 2 weeks prior to the test. There will be a $25 fee for no-shows or canceling within 10 business days or less prior to the test.
If you require special accommodations due to a handicap or disability, you must send a written statement documenting your needs, at least one month in advance of the test.
Test results will be mailed approximately 4 - 6 weeks after exams. NO test results will be given over the phone for reasons of confidentiality.
